Ongoing project – Supply new lighting 
The installation of new production machinery – to include new mains distribution work + small power
City Gate
Our project saw the CAT A fit-out of the existing 3rd and 7th floor open plan suites and communal areas, including lift lobbies and WCs, within CEG’s City Gate East Building.
 
Our works briefly consisted of :- 

• Full RIBA Stage 4 Electrical Design. 
• Full Containment System throughout both floors. 
• LED Lighting. 
• Electrical Installation associated with Mechanical Services. 
• Alterations to the existing Fire Alarm to suit the new layout. 
• Small Power Throughout. 
• LV Distribution Upgrades. 
• Full Testing & Commissioning of the project. 
Codemasters
Our full turnkey project saw us transform the 16,500 sqft 200-person Quality Control department for our historic and BAFTA award-winning client, Codemasters. Working closely with our design partners, our works transformed their building into high specification, luxury 2 floor office accommodation which included a new gymnasium and bathroom refurbishment.
 
Our CAT A and CAT B works briefly consisted of the following:-
